Refund policy

You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and unboxing video proof.

Products without proper proof may not be eligible for return.

Replacement Process

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement of the same product.
If the same model is unavailable, an alternative of similar value will be offered.

Refund Policy

We generally provide replacement instead of refund.
If a replacement cannot be arranged, the amount will be issued as store credit.

The store credit will be shared with you and can be used anytime on our website for future purchases.
We do not transfer refund amounts to bank accounts or original payment methods.

Order Confirmation Amount

Any advance confirmation amount paid during order verification is adjusted in the final payment and is not separately refundable after order processing.
